Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I save a name? — Swipe right on a name card in the Discover tab, or tap the heart icon. Saved names appear in your Liked tab.
- How do I remove a liked name? — Open the Liked tab, swipe left on the name, and tap Remove.
- Which sign-in options are available? — You can sign in with Google, Apple, or your email address.
- Is my data private? — Yes. We only store your email and your liked names. We do not share data with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- How do I delete my account? — Email us at support@naamkaran.app and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
- The app isn't working. What should I do? — Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem and your device model.
